蒲白西固煤业有限责任公司是蒲白矿务局和原地方煤炭企业利群煤业有限公司联合诞生的现代规范化的公司制企业。它位于陕西白水县城东9.5公里处，原为地方国有煤矿，设计能力为30万吨/年，1997年改制为股份公司，该矿于1985年设计，1992年投产，该设计时已探明工业储量为2446.4万吨。从投产一直正常生产，年生产原煤15万吨左右。
